Logline

Portland's deepest, darkest secrets are finally told through the eyes of the men who kept them.

Synopsis

Portland, OR during the 1880's & 90's was the most dangerous port-city in the world. 3/5ths of all sailors abandoned ship there, overflowing their streets with crime. This allowed the practice of "crimping" (aka shanghaiing) to actually become legal. But in a profession this ruthless, there can only be one king.
